Pros
The benefits are still good but it changes every year. It is nice to have a café and fitness center on site since you are expected to work 80 hours a week.
Cons
I worked there for 8 years. Once Novartis took control things went downhill. It lost the culture that made it a great place to work. Novartis expects you to work 80 hours a week. Management seems to be trying to weed out all legacy Alcon employees.
