      Pros

      Clean comfortable working environment. Excellent coverage, benefits, pension benefits etc. Comparable compensation performance bonuses etc. Inclusive equal opportunities employer.

      Cons

      minimal opportunities for progression or advancement. No coaching, training, guidance. The only performance feedback I received was a yearly review.

      Pros

      Lots of free snacks. Some truly talented people work here.

      Cons

      DEI is still being implemented like it is 2020. They have changed the name to D&I but the principals are the same. Meritocracy is treated with suspicion.
