Pros

Company Car Good Benefits Flexibility Good products Branded Name in the industry so we have pretty good access to doctors

Cons

Territory re-alignments annually, sometimes more often so we lose all momentum with account relationships. Incentive plan is designed to keep high market share performers from making money. Far too many petty projects to manage. Back orders on products are endless. Reps are not regarded as a useful resource and consequently the turnover rate is very high.

Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

Cons

Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
