60% of IT to be offshored by end of 2023. Headcount reductions and cost cutting are limiting investments in innovation. Significant talent loss in IT Leadership since Dec 2023. Unsafe working environment at the Houston plant - multiple homicides next door to the facility in 2022/23; frequent police activity and active shootings nearby; break-ins and firearms thefts from vehicles on-premise; lack of emergency preparation and an unwillingness to train for active shooting situations; warehouse accidents and personal injuries are common. A “Good Old Boys/Girls” culture persists. Employee engagement feedback continues to indicate distrust between staff & management.
