      Pros

      The benefits used to be really good, and now they’re just average.

      Cons

      Too many family members work together in this department. It creates numerous problems upper mgmt refuses to address. Promotions are often about who you are related to vs. actually being good at the job.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
