      Initially everyone seemed great but I soon realized they were fake nice.

      Cons

      Tons of backstabbing and favoritism. Only some people actually work while others come and go as they please with zero oversight.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
