      Pros

      Multisport, luxmed and transport allowance. Nice colleagues at specialist level to work with.

      Cons

      Missleading communication from management, often causing confusion and low morale. Lack of empathy to understand employees feedback often turning back into toxic environment. Management often changes priorities and expectations so we have no clue how the future looks like.

      Pros

      Lots of free snacks. Some truly talented people work here.

      Cons

      DEI is still being implemented like it is 2020. They have changed the name to D&I but the principals are the same. Meritocracy is treated with suspicion.
