      Easy to get in for a trainee/junior level dev Office is not mandatory (but still not 100% remote) Career growth is possible and pretty straightforward

      Some technologies used are not ideal, and it's hard to push your ideas on improvements

      Pros

      Lots of free snacks. Some truly talented people work here.

      Cons

      DEI is still being implemented like it is 2020. They have changed the name to D&I but the principals are the same. Meritocracy is treated with suspicion.
