      management has no idea what they are doing and try to show a good image of the team that doesn't exist. complains have been made to hr and head of accounts payable but nothing changed.

      Pros

      Lots of free snacks. Some truly talented people work here.

      Cons

      DEI is still being implemented like it is 2020. They have changed the name to D&I but the principals are the same. Meritocracy is treated with suspicion.
