      Very easy job, not stressfull, good WLB Good benefits, 401k, extra matching.

      Pay can be higher. Promotions are rare, need to transfer internally

      Pros

      Lots of free snacks. Some truly talented people work here.

      Cons

      DEI is still being implemented like it is 2020. They have changed the name to D&I but the principals are the same. Meritocracy is treated with suspicion.
