      Great people to work with, good in nuturing its people especially for freshgrads.

      Cons

      Lots of last minute planning and high turn over rate of its people. Should be more people focus and give its people more opportunities for internal promotion.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
