      Very innovative company, leader in eye care, very strong technical knowledge, highly respected by customers, doctors and patients.

      Cons

      did not develope good future product pipeline, was still more US focused for long time, no good market development or business development strategy, low appetite to business model innovations.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
