People in engineering are friendly and easy to work with. Engineers from other teams are generally willing and happy to go out of their way to help quickly resolve questions. Most individuals seem to value taking on projects because it's the right thing to do, not only if it's going to look good for their career.
Cons
Higher end positional pay isn't as much as bigger tech, but it's still competitive. I guess that's the tradeoff for a smaller company culture.

- Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture
- Good mission and CEO is an ethical person
Cons
- Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA)
- Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn
- Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
