      Pros

      Improvements have been made to market leadership, paid sabbatical leave after 6 years, PTO is generous, no micromanaging from my immediate manager

      Cons

      health benefits are not the best- I am having trouble finding a doctor that takes my insurance.

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
