      The manager is willing to train you and show you the ropes. They record the meetings so you can look back at them

      Cons

      A very micromanagement environment. I had this issue several times and it’s very suffocating

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
