      Benefits and Flexible work environment.

      Cons

      Lack of structured training and support from Manager. Using the excuse of being a "start up" is not a good excuse. "World class customer service" lol yea, when pigs fly!

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
