was there for two weeks. I started on a Monday and a week later my manager went on 6 week sabbatical. The interim manager for some reason had red flags about me because I asked questions. After disclosing disability she scheduled a meeting called me named and said I wasn’t a fit. For a company wanting to go public they sure do don’t care how they treat people

- Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture
- Good mission and CEO is an ethical person
Cons
- Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA)
- Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn
- Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
