      Mission-driving company with amazing, passionate people. Great opportunities to grow into roles with more responsibility and positively impact the lives of patients.

      Cons

      Good work is sometimes rewarded with more work, so workloads could be better distributed, but overall this has gotten better

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
