      Mission-driven and fast pace. Flexibility in schedule. Great benefits and time off package. Room for creativity and innovation in your work.

      Cons

      This is a fast-pace, innovative environment. Not a good fit if you prefer more structure/routine.

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
