      work/life balance, great work culture

      It was difficult onboarding completely virtual but that was due to covid. It is a lot of information to learn and not always a lot of guidance. You have to be self motivated and very organized.

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
