The culture of this organization is most impressive. The leadership approaches each challenge as a team and everyone contributes. Most importantly everyone is considered and valued. The workforce is very diverse and innovative. We are doing great work and the growth of this company reflects that.
Cons
Growing super fast, so some aspects of the hiring/training process require a little patience. They are working at process improvement, but that can take time.
