      Pros

      You get to help keep people healthy and out of the hospital. Company makes money off savings from insurance companies.

      Cons

      No areer path and hiring from within is still not a thing, at all. They say it but it ends up being an afterthought and never a priority quarter after quarter. Company would rather Hire new employees then be bothered.

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
