      Flexible schedule, remote work, pay and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Company is toxic with their inclusivity. If you don't agree with them, don't expect them to keep you. It's best to keep your mouth shut and let them push their beliefs and keep yourself under the radar.

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
