Aledade hired me to help support their talent acquisition needs as a senior tech recruiter. The technology teams I partnered with had aggressive hiring goals and it's an exciting time to be part of this growth. The recruiting team I joined was one of the strongest I've been on, and I was met with a lot of support and also companionship that's hard to come by in a remote world. My leadership was not afraid to get their hands dirty and I received constant communication and support from them. I also was met with empathy and understanding when sometimes things did get hard and was always given reassurance I was doing my job well.. I learned a lot from my manager at Aledade and was undeniably provided the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. Aledade is doing incredible things to help improve our broken healthcare system, and though the company is growing fast, they maintain their mission-driven culture and prioritize inclusivity and diversity. Their leading position in this national transition to value based care along with numerous "best workplace" awards not only draws a high volume of incoming candidate interest, it draws in valuable and highly sought after candidates you'd otherwise spend months trying to find on LinkedIn. Yes, I did some sourcing, but talent was literally falling at my feet. This is every recruiters dream.

Not really a con for most recruiters, but Aledade is growing fast and there's plenty of work to be done.
