Pros
Aledade is one of the organizations I feel I can truly be innovative and creative in my work. The freedom to stretch and achieve the goals without micromanaging is really a great fit for me. There is also great work/life balance which is really important with a young family.
Cons
When I first started, I had about 9 months at Aledade with major leadership transitions. The lack of clarity and dynamics as a result of that left my team unsure what our direction was. We didn't have clear KPIs and were tugged from one thing to the next almost daily. The new leadership and consistent support to achieve ambitious goals for the rest of 2022 has really given me a sense of purpose.
