      working for a company that has a positive impact on society by helping reduce chronic illness and repeat visits, remote work is well-adapted in the culture, everyone is smart and nice to work with, company goals are measurable and regularly achieved

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
