      Pros

      Remote - first workstyle, positive environment and mission, great work-life balance, excellent culture

      Cons

      Healthcare is complicated so it can be overwhelming getting started, especially if you don't have prior healthcare experience. But I had hardly any knowledge of healthcare and insurance and I was still fine starting out here since everyone is so kind and supportive

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
