Pros
Great coworkers aligned around a strong mission. An excellent mix between the benefits of a small company and the benefits of a large company: still has the energy, excitement, and cultural cohesion of a startup, but **doesn't** have the typical startup downsides of chaotic working hours, unstable financials, overloaded employees, etc.
Cons
The standard caveat of any quickly growing company: there can be a lot of change. Management does a pretty good job at handling this though, so it's really not much of a "con"
