      Pros

      Very innovative mindset and has lots of people that encourage you think push your self and think outside of the box. Always up to date on the latest things in healthcare.

      Cons

      There are still some growing pains for the company when it comes to transitioning out of the start up phase. Management can be a bit slow when it comes to deciding on things. Had issues where the company was taking on too many things that it forgot about maintaining its bread and butter.

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
