      Great people to work with and lots of room for growth.

      Cons

      Change in management has affected the culture. Massive lay off when you were told your department was secure of the changes, creating an increase in workload and responsibilities.

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
