      Pros

      The emphasis on company culture is strong, and it is clear leadership puts a lot of value in its people. Very impressed with the commitment to inclusion and DEI (there's a whole team!). Lots of collaboration and willingness to help.

      Cons

      There is not unlimited PTO.

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
