      Pros

      Great ADs, decent pay, semi-adjustable hours, and when the supervisors are good, they're amazing. Upper management has been more cooperative with providing wiggle room to difficult changes and have shown more compassion to the little guy lately.

      Cons

      Some rough supervision that is overzealous in their scrutiny of employees. Removal of work from home has had detrimental impact on morale.

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
