      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for career growth. Company pledges to remain remote, offering great work/life balance and flexibility.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, as could communication. Different parts of the organization are all on different pages. Changes are not properly communicated across all business lanes, and individual contributors are left confused and out of the loop. Often, priorities are not aligned either.

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
