RUN AWAY - Account Manager Alera Group Employee Review

This company is disorganized beyond belief. They have tam but they don't utilize it. They follow no procedures, have no problem bending the rules. Everything is hectic, chaos all the time. They only care about one department so if you are not in that department forget it. They don't compensate what you are worth when you fight for it. They add on additional duties without compensation.
