Pros

Everyday you feel part of a growing business, where teams come together driven by a strong sense of passion for the brand and products as well as strong commitment. This has been facilitated also by the new office, large and sleek open plan where people can sit freely where they prefer working closely with any other department and easy access to the showroom and products. Meetings feel in general very constructive where discussion is open to anyone and any point of view welcomed.

Cons

Systems is requiring improvements but this is under way. Additional work sometimes required by the group that slows down main activities and put strain on teams workload.

• Inconsistent leadership and lack of clear direction • Contradictory instructions and shifting expectations, sometimes followed by criticism for seeking clarification • Instances of dismissive or disrespectful behavior from management • Limited recognition of individual contributions, with work sometimes altered or reassigned without clear justification • At times, tasks and interactions felt inappropriate for the role and undermined professional boundaries • Some interactions led me to question whether there were underlying biases in how individuals from different backgrounds were treated, and whether these concerns were taken seriously when raised
