Pros
kind of flexible working environment (2 day can work from home), chance to go china. Has family days(7days) added to vacation. You have chance to work on very large deploy and huge data.
Cons
unstable environment, keep changing target and group. Reward only to final achievement, not for progress. So it is hard to do long project. For NA worker, lots of night time work.
