Pros

Good environment , not a formal office more like a campus. Good facilities in office like cafeteria, gym, shipping logistic office, supermarket , library! Team mates is super fun and nice !!

Cons

Not many employee speaks english, meeting mostly conducted in chinese, lack of people development plan like training, career path info or talent pool. Need to learn how to be professional international company
