decent benefits, remote work, no one cares what you do

Management is clueless, turnover is at an all time high, they always hire their buddies externally and never promote the hard workers. Recently my department of 8 people were let go by a guy who has no clue what he is doing. Instead of moving us into another position we were let go in replace of AI and management has been knowing about this for 6 months, all while continuing to promise me a RAISE! that they knew was never coming.
