Pros
Work from home. Good benefits
Cons
No clear direction on where the company is headed. No formal training. Reduction in workforce forces employees who are left to take on the double/triple the amount of work, which causes a lot of room for errors. Lots of projects, no staff to assist. Expectation of salaried employees is to work 50-60 hours per work to meet deliverables. Pay does not match the work expectations. Communication between management and workers is poor. Organizational teams change with no communication to other services. Quality of the work from India team is poorly managed and causes more rework from onshore. I would not recommend working here until management acknowledges employee concerns and fixes the disconnect between management and workers. Very sad to see this once great company take advantage of their staff.
