Pros
1. Amazing co-workers who bend over backwards to help you, often to their own detriment. 2. Autonomy 3. Limited work from home capability
Cons
1. No work/life balance. The amount of work you will be expected to complete quickly becomes obscene, especially in 4th quarter. 2. You get a fair amount of vacation days but you aren't really on vacation since you are only hurting yourself if you take time off. I regret every day I take off when I return. 3. They only reward hard work with more hard work. If you are good at your job you will be loaded down with work until you reach your breaking point. 4. You get to watch a lot of your more experienced co-workers leave because they can get paid more to do less work at other companies...then guess what happens to their work load when they leave. Hope you enjoy more work. 5. Their training program is still far from ready--would get developed faster if they didn't make their trainers handle full client loads on top of their training responsibilities. 6. The sales force sells more work than we can realistically manage. The implementation timelines seem to be shrinking at an alarming rate as well. 7. They don't understand that not everything can be prioritized. EVERYTHING is a priority. Every client is a priority, every file, every request...be prepared for excessive overtime.
