Pros
-downtown in Dallas’ business district -casual fridays -decent pay for a relatively entry level role -great coworkers (for the most part) -younger vibe (people in their 20s and 30s for the most part) -learning an endless amount about healthcare and benefits
Cons
-benefits are mediocre -No HSA contribution (which is sad and ironic, considering this is a benefits admin company for hundreds of clients with way better benefits) -PTO and any other time (even if it’s 30 mins) is subpar and is strictly monitored by management -feels cliquey like HS depending on your manager and coworkers -paid holidays were stripped once compass was converted to alight -very repetitive once you hit the senior level -favoritism and nepotism is very real and alive here
