Pros
Work from home is what I would say is a pro.
Cons
No bonuses even though I probably carried in making them money. They took away our bonuses. I must have got unlucky got put on terrible clients after I was on such a great client. This new client would make me work all the time. Even weekends and holidays. I worked Christmas, Christmas eve, Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving eve, supporting the client and answering there emails during these times. Sometimes even had to wake up at indian hours to talk to them because my manager wanted me to meet with them to discuss current issues we were having. Constantly was getting asked to do more than I could even a senior called it out to my manager that maybe we're overworking him and my manager pretty much just laughed. Two managers up would also send me random tasks he'd need me to do which would be a 2-6 hr task at certain times. I'd literally wake up some days knowing I had 14 hours of work to do and then get on a call and be asked by offshore to do 5 hours of work cause they couldn't do it. If that wasn't bad I got put on another client lmao u serious you gave me another client and asked me to do work I've never done before and asked me to lead. Then finally I requested a senior and you gave me that senior and she didn't help me at all. I had no clue what I was doing because I've not only never lead like that but I also never did that niche skill set before. I also got a poor review cuz of one little mess up ironically it was during a holiday time. I literally worked every holiday of 2020 for Alight. They gave me a bad review lmao. I'd have loved to stay at this company but when I got my new manager and saw how incompetent he was I knew I wasn't going to learn from him and that I'd have to do everything myself because of how redundant my manager was. To the point where I didn't know how to do certain tasks and I couldn't even find people who could even show me how who had time.
