Unable to ask for vacation time more than 3 to 4 months ahead of time, the availability of PTO is also determined based on TEAM numbers, which can be an issue if your client is understaffed. Growth is actually determined by the need of the client, most CSR's that got to senior had actually handed in their resignation letters due to the fact that they were not promoted as promised and only when letter were handed did the management proceed to promote them. Meaning you can be stuck in place if the client needs you too much and you don't fight for yourself.
