- The C suite leadership is completely invisible to the employee base. Year 3 of our the current CEO's tenure and there has been so much turnover in leadership. - Constant cost cutting and expectations are that people will need to work excessive hours to be "meeting expectations". - Continued reductions and reliance on India when all of our competitors don't need to use offshoring to this extent. - Many layers of management and when (not if) a client goes to a Red status, you'll have multiple senior leaders on calls
