Pros
Co-Worker support is great, a real team feeling. The quality department is fair with rebuttals if you submit them.
Cons
Unrealistic metrics like 30-second hold time. The only metric they seem to care about is AHT, don't care about first-call resolution or quality. Customer satisfaction is not important. No escalations team to help agents and customers with issues.
