Work/life balance is horrible. Work is always behind. Supervisors take forever to respond on recommendations creating more work and more stress. Supervisor’s except immediate response to anything yet can’t respond to their appeals specialist timely themselves. The company as a whole isn’t in compliance with FMLA or ERISA guidelines and shows no urgency to fix that issue. Extreme micromanaging environment (on non important issues). No real training and then blames the employees they hire as “just not being able to catch on.”
