Everyone is super hard-working, helpful, kind, and willing to help you grow into your role. Definitely a good time to join the company, they are growing a lot and really have a focus on quality. Solid Benefits.

Cons

Not a ton of upward mobility for early career workers. The pay was definitely below what would be expected for a role as demanding as this. Work from home is allowed but frowned upon. Poor amenities in the office, it's a data center so that's expected. Dark inside, and I found myself needing to leave the office and get sunlight every day. Would recommend working at a different campus than DFW, or just working from home.
