      Great environment, talented and knowledge colleagues who are great to work with. Loves the perks and benefits as well. The firm is on a steady growing path.

      Cons

      Bring up the technology up to industry standards. Some employees comes and leaves too quickly. Tight ship to survive, if you are a dreamer

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
