Pros
Great people generally, very international teams, variety of challenging tasks, quite some employee friendly policies, god company events and yearly gatherings of the entire firm
Cons
Strange testing and interview process to enter, little visibility re compensation and promotion, a lot of work during the week although generally quiet weekends, too much sweet talk as opposed to what is being done, despite the size the firm works like a family business with some respects and decisions are made based on individual liking
