      Company culture. Opportunities for growth. Lots of ways to get involved. Promotes giving back to the community. Good compensation.

      Cons

      Could use more team building within the offices. Would like to see more programs/opportunities for corporate services. Work/ life balance for consultants could be better.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
